Our therapies don’t end in the office. Dr. Johnson can recommend stretches for patients to do at home. These exercises are printed out, complete with drawings and notating repetitions and other direction specific to each stretch. These stretches can strengthen weakened muscles that will support and stabilize the spine, helping to develop a larger range of motion, increase the strength of the nervous system, and help with posture. While results with Exercise Therapy are not overnight, constant practice will show results for the long term.
